Shoppers can buy white or wholemeal bread flour, plain flour and self-raising flour from its stores in 1kg packs, priced 60p, with a 16kg bag also available for £9. A 50g bag of yeast is available for 20p.

Morrisons revealed it has already shifted 370 tonnes of flour and more than 19,000 bags of yeast in the last 10 days.
