Buxton night club’s “corona-virus” drink promotion
The Level 2 night club made a “public service announcment” on Saturday when it offered four Corona beers for £10 and free masks for the first 150 revellers on entry.

Promoting the event with the Twitter hashtags #SPREADTHEWORDNOTTHEVIRUS #WASHYOURHANDS and #ONLYTHEEARLYWILLSURVIVE, the club on Scarsdale Place's sparked positive reactions on social media.
One person thought it was “hilarious” and described it as “a great idea.”

One wag added: “Joking about a virus that is killing 100s of people a day leaves a bad taste in my mouth, just like Corona beer.”
