Life in lockdown - looking back on a tough 12 months in Buxton and the High Peak

It’s a year today since the first coronavirus lockdown began.

For many families, the past 12 months have brought tragedy, despair and worry.

And the constant pressures of being in lockdown, meaning many people are unable to work, schools have been closed for long periods of time, and businesses have been closed have caused huge strains on all of us.

But there’s also been some amazing positive examples of people pulling together to help each other through this pandemic.
