Violinist Iona McDonald to play Scottish Fantasy at Buxton Musical Society’s concert
Young violinist Iona McDonald will be soloist at this weekend’s concert by Buxton Musical Society.

Iona, who is studying at Chetham’s School of Music, will play the Scottish Fantasy by Max Bruch. Tchaikovsky’s symphony, Pathetique, will also be aired in the concert at St John’s Church, Buxton, on Sunday, June 14, at 7.30pm. Tickets £12 and £10.50.
