Inspired by real-life discoveries of prehistoric hippopotamus bones in the UK, Dr Zeiffal, Dr Zeigal and the Hippo That Can Never Be Caught follows the madcap quest of two ‘special archaeological scientist hippo expert enthusiasts.

The show is suitable for children aged six to 12 years.

Produced by Mouths of Lions, this company of devisers, directors, performers and producers create their work in London and tour the UK.

This is their first visit to Buxton Fringe.
