Greg Russell and Ciaran Algar to perform in Chesterfield
Two-times BBC Radio 2 Folk award winners Greg Russell and Ciaran Algar will kick off the new season of folk concerts in Chesterfield.
They play at Chesterfield Library on Friday, September 11, to launch a new season of monthly folk concerts at the venue.
The pair picked up the BBC Radio 2 Young Folk award in 2013 and won the 2014 Horizon Award for Best breakthrough act. They have been nominated as best duo for the 2015 awards.
Their gig at the town’s library has been arranged by Chesterfield Folk Club.
