Bakewell Choral Society presents Bach’s St John Passion
Bach’s St John Passion will be sung by Bakewell Choral Society.
The oratorio will be performed at the town’s Lady Manners School on Saturday, March 14, at 7.30pm.
Joseph Cornwell will sing the role of Evangelist and Christopher Foster the part of Christ. Soloists will be Timothy Nelson (bass), Ben Sawyer (alto) and Hannah Davey (soprano). The society will be accompanied by Skipton Camerata.
