Following on from the successful Early Summer Artisan Market held in July, Haddon Hall will host its wonderful Late Summer Market from today (September 11) to September 13 in its magnificent organic private parkland.

Over the centuries, the finest craftsmanship has always played an integral role at Haddon Hall, and in recent years Mercatum has become a firm favourite on the events calendar, with some of the finest artisans and craftsmen in the country showcasing their creations.

The event will run from 10am-5pm, while Mercatum will continue to adhere to all health and safety guidelines. The talented artisans will display their wares in socially distanced gazebos dotted amidst the wild grasses, selling a curated selection of jewellery, food and drink, ceramics and much more.

Lady Edward Manners, said: “Our artisan market in July was a real test to see how it would work with all of our stalls located in the parkland and we were absolutely delighted with it, the stalls all looked fantastic, health and safety protocols were followed to the letter and there was a truly lovely atmosphere throughout the weekend.

“There has been a fantastic response from our artisans and we’re incredibly excited about September’s impressive line-up and look forward to welcoming people back once again.”

The tickets are priced at £5.50 for adults, with free entry for children from 0-15 years old. Additionally, tickets for the car park are £3.50. All entrance tickets and car parking must be pre-booked online at www.haddonhall.co.uk.
