THE RIVER Story brings a touch of jazz to the Buxton Festival Fringe on Thursday July 21.
Featuring Graham Garside on guitar, Emlyn Vaughan on bass and Eddie Hick on drums, the band will be performing a mixture of originals and standards, in a flowing narrative of music.
Some Thelonius Monk compositions and Duke Ellington works will be included, as well as a composition by Graham Garside based on Indian classical music.
The performance will take place in the Barrel Room at Underground Venues on July 21, from 10pm.
Admission is £7 (children and concessions £6).
