Popular children’s show One Snowy Night stops off at the Pavilion Arts Centre, Buxton, from Friday January 20 to Sunday January 22, as part of its national tour.

Seabright Productions, Slot Machine and Norden Farm have superbly adapted Nick Butterworth’s well-loved tale for the theatre, providing the perfect ‘first theatre experience’ for kids aged three and over.

Percy the Park Keeper always feeds the animals in the park where he lives. But one very cold and snowy winter’s night, Percy finds his little friends shivering on the doorstep - they need more than food and he must find a way to help them.

With the help of handmade puppets, an original soundtrack and dance, the magic of Nick Butterworth’s well-known and well-loved tale is brought to life by three amazing actors.

One Snowy Night will be showing on Friday January 20 at 10.30am and 4.30pm, Saturday January 21 at 10.30am and 2pm, and Sunday January 22 at 2pm.

Tickets, priced £10 for children and £11 for adults, are available from the Buxton Opera House Box Office on 0845 127 2190 or online at
