Audiences will show Tony Christie The Way To Amarillo on Tuesday April 26, when the star celebrates his 50th Anniversary Tour at Buxton Opera House.

Tony Christie has had Top 20 hits all around the world with Las Vegas, I Did What I Did For Maria, Avenues & Alleyways, Walk Like A Panther and Every Word She Said. While Is This the Way to Amarillo – which on its re-release in March 2005 to raise money for Comic Relief, reached No 1 for seven weeks - is still one of the top three biggest selling singles of this century!

Tony Christie’s UK tour celebrates his 50th anniversary in music, including all of his most famous hits, as well as the release of his new album, Now’s The Time!

The show starts at 7.30pm. Tickets are priced at £20 and £22.

* Uncontained Arts are taking their brand-new production Not So Grimm Fairy Tales - to the Buxton Opera House on Monday April 25 at 3pm.

All the best Grimm characters are brought to life in this energetic, colourful, laugh-a-minute show.

Expect music, surprises, a touch of magic and lots of fun for children aged 4 and over.

Tickets for Not So Grimm Fairy Tales are priced at £7 for children and £8 for adults. Discounts are available.
