German progressive, space rock band Arilyn - fresh from the recording studio in Ludwigshafen - return to the High Peak for two special performances.
They will be welcomed back to The Hare and Hounds, New Mills, on Thursday May 17, when the band will be playing a lengthy set including songs from their first three studio albums and new songs from their forthcoming CD release. Free entry on the door.
Then on Friday May 18, the band head to Buxton to perform in the legendary Orchestra Pit.
For this gig, Arilyn will be joined by neo-prog supergroup The Dreaming Tree, who themselves are currently in the studio writing and recording a new CD.
Doors for this event open at 7.30pm. Entry is free before 9pm, and £3 after.
Both groups finish their mini tour on Saturday May 19 with a sell-out performance in Shrewsbury at The Old Post Office.
Both nights promise to be excellent entertainment, fun and full of quality musicianship, showcasing two of the most talented, original bands that you are likely to see.
