BUXTON’S Pavilion Gardens is preparing to hold its first Artist & Designer Fair of the year this weekend.
It will take place on Saturday March 31 and Sunday April 1, between 10am and 4.30pm, with a very distinct ‘Back to Nature’ theme.
Exhibitors have been very busy preparing for the event, which for many of them will be their first exhibition of the year.
Artists will include Carole Baker, a professional painter in acrylics, mixed media and watercolour, and block canvas artist Peter Hodson.
Jewellers Theresa Galanides and Carol Lin will be among those displaying their goods, while Silver Stream Photography will showcase the work of published photographer David Birchall.
Woodcarvers and potters will include David and Louise Salsbury, who work from their home studio in Loughborough where they produce pottery and tiles.
With over 40 exhibitors showcasing the very best of art, ceramics, silverware, glassware, jewellery, textiles, photography and other designer-led products from across the region and beyond, this promises to be a fabulous event.
Entry to the fair and the Pavilion Gardens is free of charge.
