INTERNATIONAL smash hit Spirit of the Dance is high-kicking its way to Buxton Opera House.

The foot-stomping spectacular will call at the Water Street venue on Sunday October 14, at 7.30pm.

Spirit of The Dance is one of the most successful shows ever to come out of Ireland, and has been seen by more than 25 million people in 15 countries around the world.

Winner of nine Global Awards, including Best Choreography and Best International Production, the feel-good show has up to ten separate dance troupes touring the world, with four permanent shows in America.

Irish in origin and bursting with raw energy, this explosive and powerful show combines heart-pounding Irish dance with the sensual Latino rhythms of flamenco and red hot salsa, in a thrilling production of strength and passion.

The high-octane show not only boasts brilliant lighting, dazzling costumes and breathtaking choreography – but also the Guinness Book of Records’ fastest violin player – Oliver Lewis.

Tickets, priced £20.50 and £22.50, are available from the Box Office on 0845 127 2190 or online at www.buxtonoperahouse.org.uk.
