BUXTON travel to Gateshead tomorrow for the final league game of the season, kick off 3pm.
Tuesday night's 4-0 win over Frickley Athletic secured the club's play off spot so Reed is intending to give his side a new look, with a fixture at Gateshead in the play offs a distinct possibility.

He said: "This now gives us the chance to rest some players on Saturday. It won't be a full strength side, we'll be resting players for Tuesday.

"Obviously some lads will be given the opportunity to get a game like Kieran Lugsden and Dave Henry. We'll be resting Scott Maxfield, Grant Black, Neil Ross, and there could be a couple more yet.

"When we go there on Saturday, I'm going to mess about with the system and mess about with the players. We're going to enjoy the game but not give anything away."

The semi finals of the play-offs will take place on Tuesday, kick off 7.45pm. Buxton's opponents will not become clear until after tomorrow's fixtures.
The final will then take place on Saturday, May 3.
