ON SATURDAY, Buxton return to UniBond Premier Division action with a home fixture against Hucknall Town (kick-off 3pm).
The following Saturday, the Bucks have their third blank Saturday of the season as troubled Kings Lynn in any case have an FA Trophy tie, and Retford United have declined to bring forward the scheduled April fixture.

However, on Monday December 14, Buxton continue their defence of the Derbyshire Senior Cup with a Third Round tie against Ilkeston Town. Ilkeston are currently enjoying a successful start to their Blue Square North career.

Due to visit Matlock Town on Boxing Day, Buxton have arranged an additional Christmas fixture with the visit of Kendal Town on the following Bank Holiday Monday, December 28 (kick-off 3pm).

The Cumbrian club, with games in hand, is one of the championship favourites. This fixture was originally scheduled for Saturday October 24.
