Libby Dickman was presented with the Endeavour award for putting in 100 per cent effort, while the prize for Best Newcomer went to Liam McWee, who has competed in numerous events since joining just after the summer.

Abbie Wood received a Special Achievement Award in recognition of her gold medal in the national championships.

Young Harri Bowen was the eventual winner of the Boys Swimmers’ Swimmer of the Year award, as voted for by the swimmers themselves.

An incredible achievement for nine-year-old Chloe Foster saw her named Girls Swimmers’ Swimmer of the Year in addition to Swimmer of the Year.

The final award of the evening, Club Member of the Year, was presented to Lily Howard. The award is widely regarded as the biggest issued by the club and presented by the club committee.
