High Peak teams feature in the draws for the early qualifying rounds of the FA cup competitions.
Buxton FC enter the FA Cup with Budweiser at the First Qualifying Round stage and have been handed an away draw on Saturday September 14 against either Prescot Cables, Maltby Main or Congleton Town.
New Mills AFC begin their FA Cup campaign in the Preliminary Round on Saturday August 31 away at Wakefield, with the winners travelling to Warrington Town, Stockport Sports or Winsford United.
Glossop North End enter the competition in the Extra Preliminary Round on Saturday August 17 with a trip to Armthorpe Welfare, with an away tie at either Runcorn Town or Winterton Rangers awaiting the winner. Ossett Albion, Maine Road or Runcorn Linnets await in the First Qualifying Round.
In the FA Carlsberg Trophy, Buxton will be at home to either Ossett Town or National League champions Darlington 1883 on Saturday October 19.
New Mills begin their Trophy campaign at Lancaster City in the Preliminary Round on Saturday October 5, with Mossley awaiting the victors.
Glossop enter the FA Vase in the First Qualifying Round on Saturday September 7 with home advantage over Nostell Miners Welfare, with a trip to either Selby Town or Formby on the cards in the Second Qualifying Round on Saturday September 21.
Buxton and New Mills will play their opening FA Youth Cup Preliminary Round fixtures in the week commencing Monday September 9 with home advantage over Abbey Hey and Stalybridge Celtic respectively.
A win for Buxton will see them visit Nantwich Town in the next round, while an away trip to Southport awaits the winners of New Mills’ tie.
