Soule adds three to New Mills squad
NEW MILLS AFC manager Roy Soule has added three players to his first-team squad to help cope with the inevitable fixture congestion.
Versatile defender Raphale Evans, who has the ability to play in either the central defensive or left-back positions, has represented Rochdale in the Football League and has more recently been club captain at Stockport Sports.
Although he has struggled with injury this season, it is expected that he will be challenging for a first-team place soon.
Midfielder Ross Davidson made 26 Football League appearances for Port Vale before permanently joining Stafford Rangers in 2010 after two successful loan spells.
Latterly with Nantwich Town, Hednesford Town and Kidsgrove Athletic, Davidson signed for The Millers from Leek Town.
Also joining the squad is Will Burns, who is a goalkeeper previously registered at Hyde FC.
