Cables set UniBond history

PRESCOT Cables are believed to be the first UniBond League club to convert to a Community Interest Company (CIC).

The club announced the conversion this week after being assisted through the various stages by Supporters Direct.

A CIC club is a limited company with special features which allow for the running of a business for the benefit of the community.
