New Mills manager Roy Soule says he is happy with how his squad is taking shape ahead of the 2014-15 campaign.
Soule, along with assistant Paul Armstrong, has already commenced light training and he says he is enthusiastic about the playing roster he will have at his disposal in 2014-15.
He said: “The majority of the squad who finished the season so impressively want to play for the club again, which is encouraging.
“We have already earmarked one or two additions who will improve the starting eleven.”
Meanwhile, Soule says he is also encouraged by the off-field activities.
He added: “I have spoken to the Committee regularly this summer and there is a lot going on, both to improve the ground and increase support and fundraising.
“This can only benefit the team, so I can only compliment them for all their hard work.”
