LETTER: Pudding sales to help charity

Last year, the Rotary Club of Buxton sold 17 dozen luxury Christmas Puddings, so helping towards £14,000 raised for The Stroke Association by the annual Cwmbran Vale Rotary Christmas Pudding Appeal, which the club has been supporting since 2007. 
The Stroke Association is also the beneficiary for the 2015 appeal.
Help their work by buying one (or more) of these juicy vine fruits, serve-eight, two lb. (908 gm.) luxury Christmas Puddings, still only £10 each. Please send/hand in pre-paid orders (cheques payable to ‘Rotary Club of Buxton’) to Buxton Rotary c/o Buxton Podiatry Practice, 1A The Savoy, Hallbank, Buxton SK17 6EW by October 26, with your telephone number and email and postal addresses. 
Buxton Rotarians will deliver orders to Buxton, Chapel, Dove Holes and Earl Sterndale addresses by early December at the latest; others can be collected in Buxton by arrangement. Pudding allergen information: contains egg, wheat, nuts, soya; may contain mustard. May also contain fragments of shell or kernel or small stones.
