LETTER: Kitchen fitters to the rescue

Kitchen fitters working on my recently-finished holiday cottage, Gaia lodge, walked out the day before the granite templaters were booked and that had serious repercussions for me because Gaia lodge was booked solid ten days later for a month and we had already put the templaters back so there were no more degrees of freedom with them. '¨But one phone call to Max and Jo of Inside Out, Buxton, and within two hours their father, John Graham and his builder Dave Wood had stepped in and started fitting my kitchen. '¨They worked flat out until the base units were in for the templaters. Not only that, they took a risk with me and ordered £10,000 worth of bespoke kitchen without any deposit on the understanding that I would pay within three weeks, which of course I did. '¨Max, Jo, Brian, Jim, John Graham and Dave have all been amazing. I have been using Inside Out for more than five years and in that time I have probably spent in the region of £30,000 with them for various builds from Upper Hurst Farm Caravan and Camping site toilet/shower block, my home - a cowshed and hayloft barn conversion. '¨They are like family to me now. I am a spiritual teacher and I teach that collaboration is key. This is a first class example of collaboration.
