I read with interest about the closing of the law court in Buxton and the £90,000 saving to the taxpayer and only 27 per cent of its time is used.
Surely there’s no better cause than the Glossop/Bakewell community buses, who have recently received big cutbacks.
We, and all our peaceful, law abiding citizens who use this once a week for shopping and outings, average about 80, would love the chance of a few more outings? We would love the chance to visit the Peak District and its beautiful countryside.
