Wine, media devices and money stolen from Buxton home

Burglars stole six bottles of wine and hair straighteners from a house on Cromford Place in Buxton.

The offence took place between Monday April 6 at 9pm and Tuesday April 7 at 9am.

The offender gained entry to the property and took six bottles of wine, two sets of GHD hair straighteners, an iPad 1, an iPhone 6, a Samsung notebook and cash. The vehicle on the drive was also entered and searched.

A burglary also took place on Milldale Avenue, Buxton, on Thursday April 9 between 1.25pm and 5.30pm.

The offender used a tool to force open a front ground floor window and searched the house. Items taken include Xbox games and jewellery, including a gold charm bracelet with around 20 charms attached.
