A survey asking residents in Harpur Hill for their views on the area and its future is being delivered in the next few days.
The area’s residents’ association has compiled the survey so that people living in the area can have their say on what they want for Harpur Hill now and in the future.
It is hoped that this will be the first stage in the development of a neighbourhood plan for Harpur Hill, the creation of which will give power to residents in decisions about the future of the community.
Ken Greenway, chair of the residents’ association, said: “We are all very excited about this survey. We have put a lot of work into it and believe it is a wonderful opportunity for everyone in Harpur Hill to have their say about the future.”
Delivery of the survey starts today (Thursday) and all residents can expect to receive a copy of it sometime in the next ten days.
Everyone living in Harpur Hill is asked to spend a few minutes filling in the survey and then return it to one of the many drop-off points around Harpur Hill.
There is a contact number on the survey if anyone has any queries.
