High Peak residents are being asked to bare all for a good cause.

Nathalie Makin and Cheryl Easter of Furness Vale Fish Bar have been fundraising throughout the year for Breakthrough Breast Cancer and have recently taken part in a Calendar Girls-style photoshoot to raise money for the charity. And the response to the photo has been so positive that the pair are hoping to put together a calendar.

They are now appealing for local businesses and local legends in the High Peak to have a Calendar Girls style shot taken of them in their trade or business. Anything goes from aerobics classes, mechanics, bakers, butchers and more.

Nathalie and Cheryl are also looking for a printer and sponsors for the calendar, which will be photographed by New Mills-based Tim Hensel of Tim Hensel Photography and Twin Peaks Boudoir.

Anyone who can help should contact 01663 748913, email fvfishbar@hotmail.com or call Tim on 01663 741767.

The charity is close to Nathalie, Cheryl and Tim’s hearts as they have all had family and friends affected by breast cancer.
