POLICE in Whaley Bridge, Chapel-en-le-Frith and Buxton are giving residents the chance to speak about concerns and set priorities for their area.
Officers from the local Safer Neighbourhood policing teams have a number of meetings and surgeries set over the next week.
Surgeries are held on an informal basis, and there is no need to book an appointment.
They will be held at: Tesco’s, Whaley Bridge: Thursday, November 24, between 5pm and 6pm and Morrisons, Chapel-en-le-Frith: Friday, November 25, between 5pm and 6pm.
It is also the quarterly meeting for the Buxton Safer Neighbourhood Policing Team to give residents a chance to set priorities for police and partner organisations.
Meetings take place every three months in each Safer Neighbourhood area. They are designed to bring residents together with police and partnership agencies to decide and target issues in that area.
The next meeting will take place for residents in the Buxton area at 2pm on Thursday, December 1 at The Dome, University of Derby Buxton.
