Commonwealth Games swimmer Danielle Lowe got a new era for New Mills Leisure Centre off to a splashing start when she officially opened the new changing village facilities.

The pool re-opened earlier this summer following a £320,000 investment programme, part funded by Sport England, to deliver a contemporary ‘village-style’ changing area, a makeover of the pool hall and installation of new plant equipment.
