Sixteen new constables have been sworn in and will patrol across Derbyshire.

Sixteen new constables have been sworn in and will patrol across Derbyshire.

Sixteen new constables will soon patrol the streets of Derbyshire after being officially sworn in as officers at an attestation ceremony held at police headquarters in Ripley on January 14.

The new officers include Leanne Bradbury, 23, and Helen Sayers, 26, who will serve Buxton section.

Hannah Cocker, 28, of Buxton, will work in Matlock and Luke Walker-Thompson, 25, of Biggin, will serve Cotton Lane in Derby.
