Police tsar focuses on animal cruelty

Derbyshire Police and Crime Commissioner Alan Charles has met with the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds to reiterate his pledge to tackle wildlife crime and cruelty to animals.

Mr Charles said it was an issue close to his heart.
