This month's trip down memory lane features a selection of photographs taken over the years at Buxton Fire Station.

Some of the pictures are of junior firemen training at Buxton in 1966.

Others feature staff at the former Compton Grove station just eight years later, with the advances in firefighting technology clearly evident.

More recently, the YouTube video shows firefighters tackling the blaze at the since-demolished Haddon Hall hotel in Buxton.
