BUXTON’S Linda Middleton rubbed shoulders with TV star Mark Wright at Slimming World’s annual awards ceremony.

Linda, who manages Slimming World groups in the town, met Mark, who shot to fame on the Only Way is Essex before appearing on I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here, when he co-hosted the event held in Birmingham.

She said meeting Mark was the perfect ending to a great year for Slimming World, who now help more than a million people every year to lose weight and lead healthier lives.
