Three Buxton junior school choirs and instrumentalists have raised money for The Save the Children Fund at St John Church during their annual Christmas Concerts. A total of £547 has been collected in December

Parents, teachers, supporters and pupils enjoyed varied programmes of seasonal songs and music.

Lunches were served afterwards by members of the St John’s ‘Do It Group’. This together with the leaving collections raised £125.
