Firefighters tackle Glossop car blaze
Firefighters from Glossop were called out to attend a car fire on Snake Road yesterday afternoon.
The incident took place at Mossy Lea Lodge and involved one car described as ‘well alight’.
The crew used breathing apparatus and a hose to extinguish the fire and the police also attended to look after traffic control.
The incident was declared closed shortly after 5pm.
