Former MP Edwina Currie will improve her driving skills in a new TV show.

Ms Currie, of Chinley, is to star in Dangerous Drivers’ School tonight at 8pm.

She said: “Once, when I was an MP, I acted on a constituent’s complaint about people speeding. So I had a speed trap put on but I drove straight into it.”
