There’s still time to sign-up for the shortest sponsored walk in the world, but there’s just one catch - it’s a walk over 800 degree coals or broken glass.

Anyone brave enough can take on this feat and bare their feet at The Royal Oak, Hurdlow, on Friday September 26, at 5.30pm for the glasswalk or 7.30pm for the firewalk.

The event has raised over £11,000 in the last two years, and this year Blythe House has teamed up with The Air Ambulance Service for what they are certain will be another highly successful evening. Walkers can choose which of the two charities to support upon registering.

Blythe House offers free, individualised, holistic care and support for anyone in the High Peak living with cancer or other serious, life threatening illness. The Air Ambulance Service is a lifesaving organisation.

Registration costs £20 and places are limited.

Call 01298 815388 or email fundraising@blythehouse.co.uk to sign-up.
