It’s that time of year again and Chapel Players’ latest pantomime is all set to entertain you!

This year it is Graham Barraclough’s “Goldilocks And The Three Bears.” Graham wrote last year’s production, “Hickory Dickory Dock” and this year’s offering promises to be no less fantastic.

“Goldilocks” combines all the fun of a traditional family panto with the thrills and spills of the circus. Lovely Goldie and Nicky the Ringmaster with the aid of Dame Liddy and daft Kenny try to save the Spiffyliddy Circus with a spectacular new show starring The Three Bears.

But there is a traitor in the camp in the form of Tanya Tipova, the inept trapeze artiste who has been “turned” by rival circus owner and arch villain, Sergei Sardine. These, together with a host of crazy characters and fabulous chorus ensure thrilling and hilarious entertainment for boys and girls of all ages.

Performances will be at Chapel Playhouse, Eccles Road, Chapel-en-le-Frith on Friday 21st January at 7.30; Saturday 22nd January at 2pm and 7.30; Thursday and Friday 27th and 28th January at 7.30 and Saturday 29th January at 2pm and 7.30pm.

Tickets cost £6 for adults, £4 for children and concessions and are available from Halls’ Mica Hardware in Market Street, Chapel.
