A Chapel-en-le-Frith hospice served up a day of fun and games for children and young people who have been bereaved.

The Back on Track team at Blythe House, which is supported by the BBC Children in Need appeal, held a Teddy Bear’s Picnic on Friday August 22.

Activities included parachute games, rope walking and a treasure hunt.

“We had a wonderful day and it was a great success,” said Margaret Peters, counsellor at Blythe House.
