High Peak artist sculpts Lamb of God for school

A symbol of God's eternal love for the world created by a local artist has been donated to a High Peak school for pupils to reflect upon and enjoy.

St Peter’s Church, in Fairfield, commissioned local sculptor Andrew Frost to create a large lamb sculpture to symbolise the Lamb of God.

The lamb was then given to Fairfield Endowed C of E Junior School, which has placed it in the playground for the children to use as a point of reflection and contemplation.

Pictured above is the sculptor Andrew Frost with some of the children from Fairfield Endowed C of E Junior School.
