Give blood and save a life
Residents will have the chance to give blood at NHS sessions in Newthorpe.
The sessions will take place at Greasley Sports and Community Centre, Dovecote Road, Newthorpe, on Friday September 12 from 12.45pm to 3.15pm and from 4.45pm to 7.30pm.
Angela Clayton, who works at the Donor Relations Department, said: “We face a constant challenge to recruit new blood donors.
“We’re asking our supporters for extra help at this time.”
