Pride in the town's Sea Cadets force

THE BUXTON and High Peak branch of the Royal Naval Association take great pride in the achievements of the Buxton Sea Cadets.

In sea cadet competitions they have proved themselves to be in the top echelons of the sea cadet movement.

The support they receive annually for their Flag Day is a reflection of the generosity of the local public and how much the unit is appreciated.

Parents of cadets can be sure that their children will have a good training in discipline, shooting, sailing and many other skills that may stand them in good stead in later life.

The C.O. Bruce Luckman and his staff are all volunteers and are doing a first class job.

They are looking for more cadets and also more helpers to carry on the good work.

We in the RNA wish them all the best and are always ready to be of assistance should they require it.
