MORE THAN £160,000 has been earmarked by Derbyshire County Council to help encourage people to reduce, reuse and recycle their rubbish.

The money will be used for the county council’s waste promotion and campaign work, which has included Love Food Hate Waste and the Derbyshire Eco-Challenge (£84,000) and for Resource Recovery Solutions to continue its waste education and awareness raising work focusing on households, children and students (£77,400).
