PUPILS at Hollinsclough Primary School roped in the local community to help transform their school grounds.

The idea for the new gardens came as part of the school’s participation in the Creative Partnerships programme organised by the North Staffordshire based charity Partners in Creative Learning. Work carried out involved creating a willow tunnel, willow house and a sensory garden.

As well as helping to build the gardens, a lot of local people and businesses chipped in with some of the materials and flora.
