Police appeal to trace man in connection with Peak Dale sexual assault

Police have released an image of a man they want to speak to about a serious sexual offence, who may be in the Chester area.

Officers want to speak to Neil Jackson about an allegation made in 2001 that a young girl was assaulted in Peak Dale, Buxton.

There was a sighting of Mr Jackson, 62, in Eastgate, Chester, on the afternoon of Sunday, November 15. He looked similar to this passport photo, which is several years old, but wore a beanie or flat hat.

He has a number of tattoos on his left arm and back, including his own name.

Mr Jackson could be using a different name. He has connections to Spain, especially Alicante.
