OFFICERS investigating the disappearance of a man who has gone missing from the High Peak have re-appealed for help from the public.

Steven O’Riordan was last seen by his family at 5.30pm on Monday, May 30 in Whaley Bridge.

He has health issues and police are concerned for his welfare. Officers believe he may have travelled to the North West of the country because he often attends a gym in Manchester and he has friends in the area.

Mr O’Riordan, 28, is 5ft 11ins tall and slim. He has shoulder length, wavy, light brown hair which is sometimes worn in a pony tail, and he is normally clean shaven. It is not known what he was wearing on the day he went missing but he may be carrying a rucksack.

Derbyshire police are liaising with neighbouring forces as part of the missing person inquiry.

Anyone with information about his whereabouts should call police on 0345 123 3333.
