Charity box stolen from Glossop store

Police are appealing for information after a charity box for Manchester Dogs Home, which was gutted by fire last year, was stolen from a shop in Glossop.

The money collection box was taken from a table next to the counter at Jakasta on George Street between 12 noon and 1pm on September 2.

The offender is described as white, of very slim build, around 5’7” in height with short dark hair. He was wearing black clothing and spoke with a Mancunian accent.
