Police are appealing for witnesses after three bottles of spirits were taken from a Buxton store.

The offence occurred at around 5.10pm on Tuesday July 14 when a woman entered the Waitrose store in Spring Gardens and took the spirits from the shelf before placing them in her bag and leaving without paying.

She is described as white, around 30-years-old and of medium build. She was wearing black trousers, a ¾ grey coloured cardigan and her red/brown hair was tied up.
