Crich Tramway Village in Derbyshire is extending an invitation to Classic Ford owners to join their Classic Ford Day this year on Sunday, September 11.

To celebrate 100 years of Fords in the UK, all types of Classic Ford are invited from traditional Anglias and Prefects to the more recent Escorts and Cortinas. There will also be club stands, trade stands, and street entertainment. Timed vehicle parades will also feature in the event, with the Classic Fords driving though the Village’s recreated period street, weaving in and out of the vintage tram service.

Museum spokesperson said, “The Tramway Village creates a unique atmosphere for vehicle rallies with its recreated village street and rides on vintage trams. The events are always very well attended and much-loved by vehicle owners. Our regulars thoroughly enjoy the day, but we would also like to extend a warm invitation to Classic Ford owners who have perhaps never participated before.”
