HIGH PEAK residents can speak to police about their concerns and set priorities for their area in the coming weeks.
Officers from the Safer Neighbourhood policing teams have a number of forthcoming meetings and surgeries scheduled. The next meeting for residents in the Buxton area will take place on Monday, September 5, at The Dome, University of Derby, Buxton at 4pm.
There are also a number of drop-in surgeries to give the community a chance to chat to officers about any concerns or pick up crime prevention advice. They will be held at:
Chapel-en-le-Frith on Friday, August 26, at Morrisons between 5pm and 6pm.
New Mills: Monday, September 5, at New Mills police station, Hurst Lea Road between 5.30pm and 7.30pm.
